First time rantings
This is the first time I have ever posted online, and I do appreciate your visit.With your help and patience it will be a fun & rewarding experience. Your views and comments are most welcome, as both of us will learn from each other and from each other's postings. You will read some things you might have never read before, and draw different conclusions than I. Please feel free to disagree or agree but make it respectful & rational or it will be deleted. If some of the articals that fall into an area you have more experience or knowledge than I, it would benifit everyone concerned that you add your input so we might all learn from it. Have fun! I know I will.

(Funny about your lady. You can safely tell her I'm happily married with three kids and whenever I get advances, on the computer or otherwise, I sever contact, because my best friend who just happens to have been my husband for the last eleven years, matters more to me than any other friend ever will. I completely understand, and she has nothing to worry about.)
I've been thinking about reposting it, but want to rework it first.
I've heard about and know what you are saying about the English not losing. I grew up with two conscious and avid readers for parents, and they instilled a love of learning in me.
I guess the best way to say this without bringing trouble... the world is the way it is, and it doesn't usually matter so much what you or I believe, but what people with power believe UNLESS a large segment of society revolts against what they know isn't right. (I realized this when I went to a giant library, printed out projections by the Tri-Lateral C. and watched their protections come true. It's best to lean and to be a proponent for change for issues that are obvious and well-embraced by a large segment of society. Women's rights and segregation were easiest to tackle and the people were able to thwart the status quo once enough of the population became conscious of need for adjustment. We're a constantly evolving society, and we keep getting progressively better. That's what gives me hope. (Sorry, about typos... I'm about to step out and am rushing.) Peace, to you and your lady.
No worries if you want to delete this. I don't want her to feel embarrassed.
Hey Kathleen,
Hope you get this before it's posted..I got your message ...don't understand. The message you left in (), did you mean to leave that for me?
If you did...
Did I say something inappropriate?
{ The term 'My Lady' (to me) is a showing of proper respect & courtesy, which is what I intended to use it for. }
Please explain, I'm totally confused!
Whoops. I misread your words, and I think as a result of my mistake, you didn't understand mine. I thought you were saying you had a girlfriend who might mind if we kept emailing back and forth, and I was letting her know there was nothing to worry about. Sorry I misread it, and I know you haven't hit on me. You've made me laugh, in a good way, though. No worries. Peace.
Kat
Kat,
Thanks for writing-glad to know we're still friends!
I did, however, take off my silly attempt at humor in the 'about me', which was meant to be lite, but...
